Terms of Service

1. Overview of the Service

SolWipe provides tools that help users identify empty Solana SPL token accounts associated with a connected wallet and submit transactions — which you must approve in your own wallet — to close eligible accounts and reclaim rent-exempt SOL deposits. Scanning may be offered at no charge. Closing accounts may involve network fees and a disclosed SolWipe service fee.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law and must not use the Service if doing so would violate laws that apply to you. The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).

3. Non-custodial nature

SolWipe is non-custodial. We do not take possession of your private keys, seed phrases, or funds. You interact with the Solana network through your wallet software. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials and for reviewing every transaction before you sign it.

4. User responsibilities

• You confirm you have authority over the wallet and accounts you connect or submit for cleanup.
• You understand that closing a token account is generally irreversible and that a new account may be created later if you receive that token again.
• You will not use the Service for unlawful activity, fraud, market manipulation, or to violate sanctions or other applicable law.
• You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service, our APIs, or infrastructure.
• You accept that Solana network congestion, RPC failures, or wallet software issues can cause transactions to fail or delay.

5. Fees

Solana network fees are paid to the network (and any priority-fee settings you choose). SolWipe may charge a service fee when you successfully reclaim SOL through the Service. Any applicable SolWipe fee is disclosed in the interface before you confirm. If no eligible accounts are closed, you should not owe a SolWipe service fee for that attempt, though network fees for failed or unrelated transactions may still apply depending on wallet and chain behavior.

6. Affiliate program

If you participate in our affiliate program, additional program rules shown on the Affiliate pages may apply. We may modify commission rates, eligibility, or program availability with notice via the site or dashboard.

7. Intellectual property

The SolWipe name, logo, site design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law or with our written permission. You may share links to public pages of the Service.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that every empty account can be closed, that estimates will match final on-chain outcomes, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Blockchain use involves risk; you are responsible for your own decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR FUNDS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — including losses from user error, phishing, malware, wallet compromise, RPC or network failures, or third-party services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the SolWipe service fees you paid us in the three months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (US$50), to the extent such limitation is enforceable.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of others' rights.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
